Welcome to our FAQ section! Here you’ll find answers to the most important questions about your stay at Hotel Niblea. If your question isn't listed, we’ll be happy to assist you.

Where is the hotel located?

The hotel is 3 km from the center of Ortisei. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. Alternatively, our hotel shuttle takes you comfortably to the town center and the cable cars.

When can I check in and out?

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 10:30 AM

Is there a shuttle service?

Yes, we offer a shuttle to the center and the lifts in Ortisei.

Is there a hotel garage?

We offer a garage parking space for €15.00 per day.

Is there a charging station for electric cars?

Yes, we have a charging station. The cost is €0.45 per kWh.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed.

Is there a fitness room?

We do not have a fitness room.

Are massages or treatments offered?

We do not offer in-house treatments, but we work with a partner where you can book massages.

When is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30 AM.

When is dinner served?

Dinner is served from 7:00 to 8:30 PM.

What are the wellness area opening hours?

  • Summer: 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM (saunas from 2:30 PM)
  • Winter: 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM (saunas and pool from 2:30 PM)

Is there a ski room or depot?

Yes, we have a ski room and ski depot.

Can ski equipment be rented at the hotel?

Yes, in winter you can rent ski equipment directly at the hotel with the Saslong Ski School every Saturday and Sunday from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.

Do you cater to special dietary needs?

Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies. We also offer gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegan dishes.

What happens to lost items?

We assume no liability for forgotten items. If found, we will gladly send them to you at your expense.
